Asmary field service co started the design and manufacturing of one shredding and recovery metal scrap plant on first of 1396 with following specification:
- Design and manufacturing of call equipment. The finished cost of plant is about 50% of foreign similar plant
- Hammer mill capacity : 80 tons per hour
- Hammer mill power : 3000 horse power or 2.2 MW
- Rotor speed : 1000 round per minute
- Quality of feeding scrap : all type of non-separated scrap , scrap with grade 2 or 3 , and scrap with under 0.5 ton per cube meter
- Wide of hammer mail : 2200 mm
- Max length of input scrap : all type of scrap with maximum 2000 mm wide could be feed to hammer mail (the complete automobile could be feed straight to Hammer Mill Shredder)
- Separation capability : the recovery unit will be able to separate all dust , paint , iron oxide , plastic and non-iron metals
- product quality : shredded metal with 0.85 ton per cube meter density and 98% of iron purifying
Our achievements in design and manufacturing of this special machine are design and fabrication of some special parts in fabrication of hammer mail shredded factory for first time in Iran. some of them are:
1 – Rotor with 2000 mm wide and 60 tons’ weight
2 -Hydro coupling between motor and rotor
